| PROJECT FUNDING |

| Your company can make donations which are aimed at funding a specific Asociación Protect’s project. Your company will receive progress reports for the project as well as a report on the results achieved at the end of the project. |

| Your company can also involve employees, clients and associates in your support of the project and contribute together to raise awareness and promote the work of Asociación Protect. |

| DONATING COMPANY |

Your company can make regular or one-off donations to help support the actions of Asociación Protect. Your company can, for instance, organize special days or extraordinary funding from both the company and its employees. There are various ways to do this: donate one day's salary of all employees or a symbolic percentage from their Christmas pay. Your company may, for instance, donate double an amount collected by employees. |
| It could also provide its services or products at special prices or for free. This offers your company the possibility of reducing its structural costs while increasing its managerial capabilities and effectiveness. |

| A company may suggest an activity or organize an event where the money collected will fund Asociación Protect's projects. |

| Activities aimed at raising awareness may be linked to a specific project. |
| Your company may also assume all or part of the costs of any activity of the Organization such as exhibitions, events to raise public awareness, advertising campaigns or information material. |

With respect to raising awareness, your company can contribute by including Asociación Protect’s adverts in its media, such as internal communications, bulletins, catalogues, website, etc. |
| It could also include Asociación Protect's information leaflets in deliveries to its clients and/or associates to raise awareness on our organization's work. |

| MUTUAL BENEFITS AND PUBLICITY OF COLLABORATION(*) |

| Asociación Protect mentions and publicizes the participation of the donating company in: |

· The Publication provided to all members of Asociación Protect.
· The Organization's Annual Report which is addressed to all members, supporters, public entities, foundations and companies.
· Website.

| Your company will receive detailed information on the progress of the project it is funding and your company in turn may include information and photographs of the project in your company's publications, magazines, corporate reports or on its website. |
|
| Your company may host a photographic exhibition in its offices. |
|
| There are also other tax advantages: Law 49/2002 of 23 December 2002 which deals with the taxation of not-for-profit entities and charitable giving tax incentives states that: |
|
| Companies are entitled to a 35% deduction from the Company Tax liability, within a limit of 10% of the tax base, on amounts paid or expenses incurred in providing monetary donations. Individuals are entitled to a 25% deduction on Income Tax for donations made or contributions paid. |
|
